So, if you want to escape paradise briefly, only to make the return so much sweeter, there are several places of interest close at hand: the Cradle of Humankind, the Hartbeespoort Dam, a variety of artists studios, several world famous golf courses, sports to water ski and much, much more.

All these rooms and cottages have direct access to the manor house lounge, dining room, pool table and jacuzzi as well as private access to the main verandah, garden, waterfalls, swimming pools, sundecks, tennis court, wellness-spa, gymnasium and table tennis. Undercover parking is available.

- Reservations for our 3 course Chalice Rock Set Menu Dinner should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please advise if you have any specific dietary requirements/preferences so we can accommodate you.
-Other optional extras include spa facilities, laundry, dry cleaning services and internet access that need to be arranged with management.
--clubhouse with a small gym, dart board, table tennis table, snooker & pool facilities, and a tennis court provide an adrenalin fix for those in need of more action.
-Additionally, we offer a variety of stress-relieving and relaxing massage therapy and skin/body care treatments-Booking is essential!

We will also shop for our guests before their arrival at the lodge, stocking their cottage with food, wine and other groceries, at a service fee of 15%. Send us a shopping list at least 48 hours before your arrival and you will be saved the hassle of the supermarket.
